New bug fix release: 5.10.12

A new release of Blaise 5 (5.10.12.2909) is available on the FTP server of Statistics Netherlands.
This release is a bug fix version. An issue was resolved where in some cases session data could not be updated because the initial writing of that session had failed. Several other reported minor bugs have been fixed.
