New bug fix release: 5.12.7

A new release of Blaise 5 (5.12.7.3263) is available on the FTP server of Statistics Netherlands.
This release is a bug fix version. We've made some performance improvements for the Windows DEP for pages with a lot of controls. Furthermore, several reported bugs were fixed and some third party components were updated.
