Blaise 5.15 - The December 2024 release

Version 5.15.1 (build 3865, dated December 18, 2024) has been released.
It can be found in the usual location on our ftp-server alongside a zip file that contains the StandAlone executables.

New features and changes for this build include the new multimode dashboard, which now completely replaces the old (CATI) dashboard. It is possible to use the old layout focused on CATI or you can opt to use a newer layout based on multi-mode case management (MMCM). MMCM-related functionalities have been added as well in several parts of the system, e.g. you can now use 'Inherit MMCM' in a datamodel. This will add a special MMCM data block for case management. Furthermore, you can now have two deployment environments, one that uses WCF (the existing protocol) and one that uses REST (the new protocol). If you want to install old packages of web surveys into the REST deployment environment, you first have to reprepare your package. The Blaise Runtime now uses .NET 8.

Additionally, the APIs have added functionalities and performance has been improved for specific parts of Manipula, the servermanager, adding cases to the daybatch in CATI and start-up time of the Windows DEP.

Several samples for new functionality have been added.
